The grape variety Moscato is a very popular aromatic grape, typically made into a bubbly sweet wine with a big fruity nose, good acidity and low in alcohol (5.5%!).
It needs a special technique of vinification in order to preserve all the scents of the fruit .The grapes are harvested by hand, than pressed very softly. The Charmat Method is used in order to reach the desired level of fizziness. The color of this Moscato is bright yellow with golden shades. It has fruity scents, it is sweet and it's ideal to pair with any dessert.
You can also make an impressive 1-minute desert with Moscato easily by pouring some of the wine over some fruits (strawberries/other berries) and a scoop of vanilla ice cream!
