Nose: fine and precise marked by an expressive fruitiness mixing red and black berries, enhanced with touches of cocoa, leather and Mediterranean spices.
Mouth: supple, offers both fluidity and structure, combining notes of red fruits and liquorice with notes of violet and venison. An elegant and harmonious mouth underlined by very fine and well melted tannins.
Temperature: 16 to 18°C, to decant a few hours before the meal
