Colour: clear, brilliant clean rose-coloured
Nose: elegant and fresh, both floral and fruity.
Palate: fruity, very delicate and crisp with a full and long substance, a nice freshness combining notes of pomegranates and small wild strawberries. A gourmet, airy and refreshing rosé with a spicy and mineral finish with great persistence and aromatic complexity.
Temperature: 8 to 10°C
Accompaniment: ideal with grilled meats, charcuterie, fish, salads, cheeses, etc.

Vinification: Grape blending and direct pressing. Cold settling, 10°C for 24 hours.
Fermentation: stainless steel tank, thermo-regulated temperature 16 to 18°c, only indigenous yeasts, fermentation of around 20 days, no malolactic fermentation
Analytical characteristics: 13% alcohol, residual sugars: 2 g/l (very dry)
Ageing: 6 months in stainless steel vats
Filtration: light fining with bentonite and filtration on plates before bottling.
