This Roero Riserva is a very dry, full-bodied, tannic, wine which is very close to Barbersco from it’s structure and fruit. It has a long persistence, dark chocolate and black berry hints.

Aging: 24 months in barriques and big barrel of oak, then refined 12 months more in stainless steel tanks

Perfume: Red fruits notes, cherries and shades of cocoa
Flavour: Dry, full-bodied, tannic, long persistence, fruit in alcohol
