- Free pickup can be arranged at our warehouse at Pasir Panjang Distripark.
- We do not sell alcohol to anyone under the age of 18 years old. By placing an order via our website you are confirming that you are at least 18 years of age.
- We do not guarantee the availability of all items or specific vintages on our website. In the unlikely event that a product is unavailable, we will contact you to either select a suitable replacement, or another acceptable arrangement for the completion of your order.
- We reserve the right not to accept an order.
- We aim to supply our wines in excellent condition. However, should any wine be faulty within 4 weeks of purchase (example: corky, bubbly, acid), we will provide a full refund or replacement. We do require faulty bottles to be returned to us, with some remaining content. No refund will be given for empty bottles.
