Selection Lacrima - from super-ripe grapes, with a slight note of dried fruits, some hints of Amarone.

Lacrima di Morro D'Alba is a very unusual grape, closest to Ruche - but with an even more intriguing, flowery bouquet!

Mirummundi is the selection version, the grapes are harvested semi-dried when they are on the way to become raisins. Therefore, this wine has more alcohol, a tad of fruity elegant sweetness, and some ripe notes reminiscent of a more fresh version Amarone.

The color of this wine is a very dark violet, the bouquet is very floral, with some sweet plum notes, lots of violets and wild roses, red cherry fruit and forest berries, almost perfumed or on steroids. On the palate, a repeat of the violet aromas, some dark forest fruits, and black elderberry. Also easy Asian spice notes, nice silky mild tannin that gives the wine a good structure.

A magnificent wine to sip on, or to be combined with cheese and meat dishes.
